About the project
Challenge
Harbor & Pine started as a single seafood counter and was opening three waterfront restaurants at once. Each location had its own look, and guests could not tell they belonged to the same family.
Approach
We unified the group under one identity named after the tide: a flowing wave mark, a deep sea-blue and sand palette, and menus, signage and tableware designed as a single system. Each restaurant keeps its own local detail while sharing the same voice and care.
Result
Reservations across the group grew by 48% in the first season, and the new signage became a favourite photo spot for visitors.
